At Get 3D Printin’, all products are custom manufactured based on the 3D models submitted by customers. Because each order is unique, our return and refund policy reflects the nature of made-to-order manufacturing.


1. No Returns for Custom Products

All items produced by Get 3D Printin’ are made-to-order based on the files uploaded by the customer.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Uploading the wrong model
  • Incorrect model dimensions
  • Design dissatisfaction
  • Minor aesthetic imperfections inherent to FDM printing
  • Incorrect assumptions about fit or tolerances

Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded models are accurate and final before ordering.


2. Manufacturing Characteristics

FDM 3D printing naturally produces characteristics such as:

  • visible layer lines
  • support marks
  • minor surface artifacts
  • small dimensional variations

These are normal manufacturing characteristics and are not considered defects. Kindly read our Manufacturing Limitations & Technical Policy to learn more!

Refunds or returns will not be issued for cosmetic imperfections.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If an item is:

  • physically damaged during shipping, or
  • significantly different from the uploaded model file

you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to verification.


4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Steps:

  1. Email [email protected]
  2. Include your Order ID
  3. Provide a description of the issue
  4. Attach clear photos of:
    • the product
    • the packaging
    • the shipping label

We will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.


5. Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Free reprint and reshipment of the item
  • Partial refund if the issue does not affect usability
  • Full refund if we are unable to fulfill the order

The resolution provided will depend on the nature of the issue and will be determined at our sole discretion.


6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within:

7–10 business days

Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.


7. Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, cancellations are generally not allowed.

If an order has not yet entered the printing stage, a cancellation request may be considered.

Cancellation requests must be emailed immediately to:

Cancellation approval is not guaranteed once the order enters the printing queue.


8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or non-printable files uploaded by the customer
  • Models that break due to fragile design
  • Ordering parts too small or thin for structural strength
  • Dimensional or tolerance mismatches
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Courier delays
  • Minor surface imperfections inherent to FDM printing
  • Any request in violation of our Terms and Conditions and Manufacturing Limitations & Technical Policy
